DO YOU DO PAWNS OR LOANS

We do not do loans or pawns. We only buy merchandise.




WHAT DO YOU BUY?

We typically buy electronic items like Cameras, Music Equipment, Home audio, Car Audio, Home Video, CDs, and Movies. However we do deal in some unusual items as well. If you have something that you are interested in selling please contact us!





DO YOU HAVE A GUARANTEE?

We offer a 7 Day Money Back Guarantee on most of our items! If you are not satisfied with an item for any reason at all we will offer a full refund if returned within 7 days from the date of purchase. We do not offer the 7 day money back guarantee on desk top computers, lap top computers, car audio items, or items marked AS-IS.




I HAD SOMETHING STOLEN FROM ME, WHAT DO I DO?

The most important thing you can do is file a police report. For more detailed information read our Loss Recovery page.




WHAT IS MY STUFF WORTH?

If you are interested in selling something to us send us an email with as much information as you can provide about your item including make, model, condition, accessories it includes, etc. We will get back to you with an offer usually within 2 business days. If you are in the Portland Area drop by the store with your item anytime and we can make you an offer on the spot!











WHEN IS THE INTERNET STAFF AVAILABLE?

STUFF eBay is available Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM to answer your questions via email or by phone.





DO THE ITEMS IN YOUR AUCTION WORK?

Our STUFF employees take the time to test out our eBay items to the best of their abilities prior to the auction being listed. Therefore we can provide the confidence in our bidders that they are bidding on a fully functioning item. Or, in the case of an “as-is” auction, the item could be deemed as faulty or non-working. If you happen to come across any unforeseen problems or issues when you receive your item, feel free to let us know. We’ll work with you to make the situation right!

We offer an excellent seven-day return policy (upon receiving the item). If you come across any issues within that time period, you are welcome to send the item back to us for a refund. What amount is refunded is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.





DO THE ITEMS INCLUDE ALL OF THE ACCESSORIES?

Everything that you see in the pictures is what you will receive unless otherwise noted. We do our best to outfit each item with its proper accessories.





CAN I PICK UP MY AUCTION ITEM FROM YOUR STORE?

DO YOU SHIP FEDEX?

We utilize USPS and UPS shipping services. The item description will specify what shipping option is available for that particular auction. This is mostly dependent on the size and value of the auction item.
